When you shop on the Site, create an account, use contact forms, or subscribe to our newsletter, we process your full name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order and payment information (your payment card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the Company), IP address, and cookie data.

Your personal data is collected automatically through electronic forms, membership and order processes on the Site, based on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that any correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.

7. How to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@mwf-metaldetectors.com or in writing to the Company address above. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature.
